1. 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to apply for a return or exchange.
Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item must be completely unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories intact.
Any product showing signs of use, scratches, or damage will not be accepted for return.
3. How to Return Your Product
You can return your parcel by sending it back to our main office or visiting us.

4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item at our Sabzazar office, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).
