Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Delivery Estimate & Coverage
We offer nationwide shipping across all of Pakistan via our official courier partner, PostEx.
The estimated delivery time for all orders is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is handed over to PostEx, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number on the PostEx website to monitor the live status of your delivery.
4. Important Delivery Guidelines (Cash on Delivery)
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure the exact amount is ready when the rider arrives.
Important Note: As per third-party courier company rules, delivery riders are strictly not allowed to let customers open the parcel before making the payment. If you face any issues with the items inside after opening the parcel, you are fully protected by our 7-Day Return & Refund Policy.
5. Delivery Attempts
PostEx riders will attempt to deliver your parcel at your doorstep.
If you are unavailable, they will try to contact you via phone call or SMS. Please ensure your contact number is active to avoid your parcel being returned to our warehouse.
