### 2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Fair Use Policy

 * We provide Cash on Delivery across Pakistan for your convenience.

 * Refusing an order at the doorstep without a valid reason damages our logistics and incurs heavy shipping costs.

 * Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed deliveries or place fake orders will be permanently blacklisted from shopping with us in the future.

### 3. Shipping & Delivery Limitations

 * We do our best to deliver your parcels within the estimated timeline (usually 3–5 working days). However, delays caused by courier service issues, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

 * Delivery riders are third-party courier representatives. They are strictly instructed not to allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment. For any issues inside the package, our **7-Day Return Policy** is fully available to protect you.

 * We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products (such as leather texture or finish) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
